11⁄2 ounces Old Forester 86 bourbon
3⁄4 ounces winter citrus oleo saccharum
1⁄4 ounce guajillo-infused
2 dashes nut bitters 1 large ice cube
1 bamboo cone Candied walnuts
Add all ingredients (except bamboo and walnuts) a to mixing glass, stir, and strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Use a mini clothespin to clip the bamboo cone to the glass. Add candied walnuts to cone and serve.

1 12-ounce can of Belgard Coffee Stout
2 tablespoons dark chocolate
hot cocoa powder
3 drops peppermint extract 2 cups crushed ice
