Refund Policy

For digital products and management services, we work month-over-month to prove our value. For cancellation of services, please refer to the specific terms in your product agreement. Due to the nature digital advertising, most of our digital services have a 6-12-24-month commitment. For web development work, final project fees are due upon completion of the project. Sensi Media Group LLC will auto bill its fees to the credit card provided by client or invoice clients for payment (varies by project, see your agreement for details).

This refund and cancellation policy is subject to changes without prior notice. We encourage our clients to revisit this page often to be updated on certain terms that have been changed.

Refund Policy for Event Ticket Purchases

All sales are final Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets generally will not need to be issued; in the rare case that new tickets are needed, USER will be contacted by a Sensi Customer Service Representative.

If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, PURCHASER will be contacted by a Sensi Customer Service Representative for a refund. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order.
