How many employees does your company have?

There are 11 individuals intently involved in making Creature Flora OK to thrive, and we’re so thankful for each of them!

What services or products do you offer?

We provide delicious terpene & cannabinoid rich flower. We have also partnered with Lady Jays to provide full flower pre-roll packs.

What was your mission or purpose at the start of your company?

Our mission is to provide exceptional relief through human-centric cultivation. For us, human-centric means that every choice we make is ultimately pushed through a filter of one simple question, “Is this choice placing our fellow humans at a higher priority level than our profits and ease of execution?” As cannabis consumers ourselves, we felt that this question does not get asked nearly as often as it should by the leaders of this industry. So this question is still a driving force to this day.

What made you choose to start a company in this industry?

Since I was 17, cannabis has been a part of my life, recreationally. In 2017, I moved to Denver, and began to understand how medically impactful cannabis is. With my background in experiential marketing, public relations, and community policy I knew I wanted to apply my skill set to the development of an industry that was providing so much good to so many people. Whether it’s as simple as a minute to relieve the stress of a busy day, as critical as a child with Autism or cancer, or as dire as a military veteran finally able to get a full night’s sleep, I knew I wanted to focus my energy on an industry that provides solutions.

Why do you feel your business is important to the community?

Besides the aforementioned goal of being human-centric, our business is important to the community because of our “friendly farmer” approach to our fellow cultivators and community leaders. We believe that if you have a positive attitude and impact on our community, then we want to work WITH you to create even more positive experiences. We don’t believe there is one right way to cultivate cannabis products & we don’t think we have learned everything there is to know. Having that mentality shows others our hearts and minds are open, and allows our fellow community members to open their hearts and minds to us.

Does your business give back to your community?

(If so, walk us through what you’re doing & why this focus is important to you)

In 2023, we donated time and resources to community events and provided promotional products to our partners to pass along to patients. In 2024, we hope to team up with other Oklahoma businesses to provide cold weather kits for houseless individuals in OKC and Tulsa. We intend to join the efforts to provide aid to those previously or currently incarcerated for nonviolent cannabis crimes. And, we are planning to work alongside our retail partners to launch a Veterans program.
