Here at Burns Cannabis Experience, we try to hit all of the bases, such as high-quality flower from growers like Tea H Sea Cannabis co, Charly’s, Well Rooted, and Spring Farms. We love to support brands, so we try to bring in as many as we can.

We have a hash spread that may surprise you with brands like Hilltop Gardens, Zenoa, Evok, or Pressure Extracts. Don’t even get us started on our edibles – Uncle Terp and the Fruit Logics are having a tough time staying on the shelves! Most of all, we offer education.

We want all patients to be aware of what they are medicating with and the proper ways to medicate with them. Stop by and grab one of our simple butter recipes; if you have ever been curious to make some at home, we want to help everyone learn as much as possible. We still learn new things every day, let’s share!

What made you choose to start a company in this industry?

We created Burns Cannabis Experience in June 2022 with the intention to educate and spread awareness of the many benefits that cannabis offers. We want to help educate our patients on the benefits of terpenes and other cannabinoids located inside the plant and how they can benefit them.

What makes your business unique?

We pride ourselves in offering not only the best quality products, but also the knowledge on how to properly medicate with them at home. We want all of our patients to be able to get the quality they want but at a price they can go home feeling comfortable with.

What was your mission at the start of your company?

One of our mottos is “For the community, by the community.” We here at Burns want to spread the love, care, and knowledge cannabis brings to our community and share that with the community that our store is located in and the surrounding areas.

Describe your workplace culture.

Our storefront – three garage doors – is unique. We try to leave We want our Burners to come in and ask us questions and drill us on terpenes or what we have in house that can help them with certain symptoms.

Knowledge is power! two of them open at all open hours to create what we call the “open door policy.” We want everyone who walks into our location to immediately feel welcome and to leave as an Honorary Burner.

How many employees do you have?

We have a pretty tight crew over here at Burns. The store as well as purchasing manager is Melissa N; make sure to follow her Instagram @melissa_cannabiscure.

The social media and marketing manager is Zach M, also known as @rubrdcky on Instagram. That said, we are looking to add a few more Burners to the team if interested!

What three things do you want people to know about you?

The first and most important thing about us is that we are community driven. We aren’t in this for money, fame, or popularity, and we strive to provide the products our patients want and request. We are here for them and we want to help any way we can.

Second, our location is unique in that our merch room is open to any Oklahoma companies who need an outlet or shelving space for their products. Currently, we have merch from Tea H Sea Cannabis CO, Hugh “The Duke” Glass, Oryon Cannabis, and Brews’n’doobs! We have more coming, and would like to offer this option to everyone in the area!

Lastly, we are a newer store. We are still building out our shelves and would love suggestions from the community – what you would like to see in our store or have us pick up! We love meeting new companies as well as the OG groups of the city!

Describe your ideal customer.

Our perfect patient would be someone who comes in and asks us about our terpene testing or our lab numbers, so that they can see what cannabinoids are present and we can help them locate what they are looking for. We take great pride in making sure all of our testing is on hand and accessible.

Why do you feel your business is important to the community?

We try to give our patients not only the best quality of products possible, and at affordable prices. We want nothing less than to help our patients in any way we can. Feedback is always welcome, via our suggestion box!

How does your business give back to your community?

Our way of giving back to the community is information. We want to educate everyone who walks in our doors, and we want to provide all options for them to medicate and get the best experience we can offer.

What are you looking forward to in 2023?

The main thing we are looking forward to in 2023 is getting more involved in the cannabis community and getting as many Burners as possible! We want all of you to be a part of our family and come hang out with us!
