Founded November 2019, New Dia is the East Coast’s first and only cannabis mall. Our 11,200 square-foot brick and-mortar store located steps from Fenway Park is a one-of-a-kind experience that includes Mario Kart tournaments on a 14-foot LED, custom on-site t-shirt printing, appearances from local celebrities and countless opportunities to win tickets to neighborhood concerts and ballgames.
In addition, our location includes a unique 1,200-square-foot events space that houses a weekly podcast and upcoming artists.
Located on historic Lansdowne Street in Boston, New Dia was built to serve as a one-of-a-kind cannabis destination for local and tourist consumers. New Dia’s mission is dedicated to revolutionizing cannabis retail by creating a unique and HP AD SPACE immersive experience, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive and progressive environment that truly represents the people of Boston.
New Dia strives to be an exceptional minority-owned business, neighbor, and the benchmark for inclusion and diversity within the marijuana industry. Our vision, “Diversity in Action” reaches well beyond being a marijuana retailer. Our diversity-centered philosophy represents doing business in a responsible, ethical and compassionate way that gives back to communities and people who have been disproportionately harmed by the war on drugs. Part of our efforts to giving back, is ensuring our staff and ownership are reflective of those communities that have suffered the most. Currently, the majority of our managers and employees identify as individuals of African American or Latino decent.
Aside from our workforce, New Dia is actively engaged in local non-profits and cannabis advocacy groups such as the Equitable Opportunities Now (EON) and the Parabola Center, who assist in providing education and access to minority owned business breaking into the cannabis industry.
