Including an 8-ounce smashed turkey burger patty mixed with special seasonings, cranberry orange aioli, shredded lettuce, Swiss cheese, crabby sweets, and cinnamon maple sauce, this burger will satisfy.
For a taste of Italy, the James Beard Award Winner Shawn McClain has opened Balla Italian Soul at SAHARA Las Vegas for dinner. Menu highlights include handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas and meats, fantastic seafood, and shareable antipasti and decadent desserts. In addition to a creative cocktail menu with signature Negronis and Spritzes, Balla offers an Italian-forward wines-by-the-glass list, and a selection of domestic and Italian beers is designed to please a range of palates.
For dinner as a savory work of art, The Noodle Den features Chef Guoming “Sam” Xin’s popular hand-pulled noodles, dumplings, and an array of traditional Northern Chinese dishes. Enjoy dinner while observing the demonstration kitchen to see Chef Sam’s team at work.
Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits brings south-of-the-border cuisine classic Mexican using modern techniques. When ready for cocktails, Casbar Lounge will delight with featured cocktails in November for $13. Indulge with Pumpkin Rum Latte (Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, RumChata Horchata, pumpkin purée and espresso); Let’s Spice It Up (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, watermelon, and habanero syrup, lime juice, and Red Bull Watermelon) or Howdy Pilgrim (Tullamore D.E.W. For relaxation, Amina Spa invites guests to relax and rejuvenate with a variety of services and specials.
