Cannabis suppositories offer relief and comfort.

As a cannabis writer living in Humboldt, CA, I don’t shy away from trying new things. CBD eye cream? Sure! Sea salt caramels with a micro-dose of THC? Obviously!

One afternoon, I found myself at home with a few hours to myself. Though not menstruating, I had some cramping and was eager to try the suppositories out. Following Miller’s tips, I popped the suppository in the fridge for 15 minutes and made myself a comfy nest on the sofa.

Though I might have gotten a touch high, it was only the kind of garden-variety mood elevation that comes from carving out time for self-care.

The following week, my cycle inevitably arrived, so I used Kiskanu’s suppository as a medical application to dial down the cramps, digestive woes, and general fatigue. Again, I didn’t feel significantly altered, but it helped take the edge and I felt more at ease in my body.
