INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄2 cup butter, divided
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄3 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 11⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup candy cane pieces
- 1⁄8 cup 90% THC distillate
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a microwave-proof bowl, gently heat 1 tablespoon of butter until melted. Add distillate to melted butter and stir to dissolve.
In a mixing bowl, cream together remaining butter and sugar on medium speed, about 3–5 minutes. Add butter-distillate mixture and continue mixing for 1–2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla until well mixed.
Combine all dry ingredients except candy cane pieces and slowly incorporate into wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix. Add candy cane pieces and mix until incorporated.
Drop 2⁄3 tablespoon scoops of dough onto a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for approximately 10 minute
